Poor guy. I can't see the eye really clear here but can definitely tell that the pupil sizes are different. The left eye appears to be smaller than the right. I suspect that there may be an internal issue with the eye such as a condition called synechiae which is where the lens adheres to another structure in the eye causing inadequate proper flow through the eye chambers. This is considered to be a moderately severe condition and should be checked by your vet asap. The vet will have to do a proper eye exam to confirm the diagnosis and then get Ziggy on prescription eye mediation to hopefully stabilize the eye if this is what is going on. Another possible causes for this would be a condition called anisocoria, which could indicate a blood pressure issue. I hope that Ziggy's eye returns to normal soon! Its best to get him seen tomorrow if possible. Best of luck moving forward. Take care.
