Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 38 lbs
My dog recently had an allergic reaction to her food. She's treated now. Her skin was red and she kept scratching and biting herself. She also throws up her food undigested sometimes. I'm unsure if I should get her food created for skin sensitivity or stomach sensitivity, since she has both I think. I'd be glad if anyone could help me decide what food is best.

I recommend to ask your veterinarian this question. A true food allergy generally requires a special diet (this is generally a prescription food and I always recommend one with a hydrolyzed protein). Dietary intolerance may just need a diet that is formulated for sensitive stomachs. I recommend the Royal Canin or Purina ProPlan. Your vet will be able to guide you as to which type of food to try. I hope this helps.

From what you describe food allergy seems to be the cause. Hypoallergenic diets (Hill's or Royal Canin) or exclusion diet (I would use the diet your local vet has more experience with) can be all good options. It is important to continue with the same diet at least for 6 weeks without giving anything else before switching to another diet. Peas or lentils are absolutely fine and actually peas are often used as soruce of carbohydrates in exclusion diets.
