Why is my dog hunching, lethargic, shaking, and staring at walls?

My dog has been acting quite strangely for two days now, he has been hunching over and his head seems to be quite heavy for him which in unusual as he’s quite energetic and now he’s lethargic and is staying mostly in one spot of the house. He is also been shaking and staring at walls. Do you have any idea why? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 14 years and 11 months old

Since he is walking hunched it sounds like he either had injured his back and/or neck OR he is guarding his abdomen and something in there hurts. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam as soon as possible.
