My cat has strange, recurring sores on her face and neck. What is it?

my cat has strange sores around her face and neck. they started with about 3 sores a couple months ago and i put antibiotic cream on them. they slowly went away but more come back. i have included a picture of one healed that left a scar. they have ranged from about a dime size to a quarter. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 lbs
