My cat has strange, recurring sores on her face and neck. What is it?

my cat has strange sores around her face and neck. they started with about 3 sores a couple months ago and i put antibiotic cream on them. they slowly went away but more come back. i have included a picture of one healed that left a scar. they have ranged from about a dime size to a quarter.

This could be miliary dermatitis which has many causes: https://www.petcoach.co/article/feline-miliary-dermatitis-in-cats/ Since it has been going on for 3 months and it's not getting better, Nancie needs to be examined by the veterinarian to get this figured out. Once you learn the underlying cause, the lesions should not come back. I hope this helps.
