My dog has tea tree oil poisoning. Can a vet still treat him?

Hi, I accidentally poisoned my 9 yr old pug by diffusing about 7 drops of a generic blend of essential oils on Sunday night, not realizing that it contained tea tree oil. He has been really quiet since Monday and I wasn't sure why until I started researching online. Today he is very wobbly, has loose orange stool and has started coughing. I'm really afraid that he might have acute liver failure. Can a vet do anything at this stage, or is it too late? He is still eating and drinking OK. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 9 years and 6 months old | 25 lbs

Hello. If Pugley is still eating & drinking, there is always a very good chance of treatment with recovery. Please have him evaluated as soon as possible.
