My dog has watery vomit and diarrhea. Should I call the vet?

My dog has been having watery sick since last night never happened before

This tells me Fudge is sick. She could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, pancreatitis, liver disease, kidney disease, a pyometra, or even cancer causing this. Given her age and the potential for a serious cause of this symptom, you need to take her into a vet now.

I woke up this morning to my dog farting and having liquid poops all over the house, and now she is throwing up.
I recommend getting your pet in to be seen by your veterinarian right away. Continued vomiting and diarrhea together are very concerning and can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance as well as low blood sugar. She might have eaten something that either disagreed with her or something that has gotten stuck somewhere in her gastrointestinal tract. She could be sore from a hidden injury you are unaware of, she could have been exposed to some sort of toxin or irritant in her environment or this could be early signs of another condition or disease process. Your pet may need IV fluids to help support his/her system and to be fasted at the same time in order to give the gut a rest. Your vet can do an exam, blood work and possibly x-rays to determine the cause of the illness and suggest an effective treatment plan.

My dog threw up white milky substance. Last few days she has had belly pain, bloody diarrhea, gas, and slight breathing abnormality. What could a possible diagnosis be?
It could be that Luna is suffering from a foreign body, could have GI tumors, may have eaten something toxic, or could have a pyometra (a life threatening infection of the uterus). Her symptoms are a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet now. She needs veterinary attention immediately, please bring her into a vet asap.

Hi my almost 2 year old female cat has watery diharea and is throwing up a mucus flemmy yellowery sick
Oh no, poor Toffee! She sounds quite sick at the moment, and her vomiting and diarrhea could be caused by a GI illness, eating something rotten or toxic, a foreign body, or pancreatitis. I see that she isn't spayed, and her symptoms could also be caused a pyometra, which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. When a cat is having both diarrhea and vomiting, it's time to see a vet immediately to prevent her from getting severely dehydrated and sicker. She does need veterinary attention now, please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

Hi and thank you for using Boop by Petco. Given Boomer's older age and the acute onset of the vomiting/diarrhea, I would have him seen sooner rather than later by a veterinarian. Boomer could just have an upset stomach, but he also could have a foreign body, an infection or even a tumor causing these signs. Your vet will perform a full physical exam and determine if any additional diagnostic testing is needed (bloodwork, xrays ) and what treatments he made need. Good luck!

Yes, i do think that Duffy needs to see the vet. Young dogs with gastrointestinal signs can have a number of problems of varying severity - anything from intestinal parasites to the very serious GI infection parvovirus to a foreign object lodged in the GI tract. She's been vomiting nearly 24 hours and by this point has likely lost considerable fluids and electrolytes, so yes, I would get her in today and get the problem diagnosed and treated appropriately.

There could be a couple of things wrong with Pluto, and unfortunately without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. He could be suffering from a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or pancreatitis. It could also be parvovirus if he isn't fully vaccinated. When a dog has both vomiting and diarrhea, it's time to see a vet. I would take him into now so the vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. Good luck, I hope this helps!
