My new mother cat is injured, not eating, and very weak. What to do?

I have a street cat and she born 4 katties yesterday morning 8th Jan 2020. Now she is very lazy , not eating , very calm , and injoured by other cat todays morning may she feel pain also. Please suggest medicine or how to care her. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 lbs

These signs are quite concerning but generic as well unfortunately. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. Skin wounds may be present. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
