Why isn't my cichlid fish moving her tail? Is it a spinal injury?

Have a girl cichlid fish she isn't moving her tail but lays on the plants she can move her pectoral fins but she can't move her tail I did a water change and cleaned the plastic plants

Thanks for reaching out about Victoria. A paralyzed tail is likely a spinal fracture, requiring a radiographs for diagnosis. A veterinary visit is recommended. Anti-inflammatories could possibly help. Spinal trauma can possibly be due to aggression, vitamin C deficiencies (scurvy) and other problems. Good luck.
