So I find that a massage with a pain relief cream really calms my puppy down and she falls straight to sleep during and after the massage (a helpful tip for anyone in the same shoes as I). My question is, what foods can I give her that would really aid in building up her nervous system. She’s very selective and up till now only eats beef or chicken chunks in gravy (dog food), boiled egg yolk and soft pieces of fish (although I noticed that this makes her poo a bit watery, pardon me).

Please be very careful applying any topical creams and check with your vet if it suitable for use (ingredients, amount and frequency). Many human creams are toxic for dogs and not recommended. In order to ensure she is receiving a balanced diet, a puppy food would be recommended for at least 80% of her diet or a tailored home prepared puppy diet should be fed daily (many recipes are available)
