My dog has diarrhea and isn't eating. When should I see a vet?

My dog is not eating and is having diarrhea. She had a bacterial infection in her intestines a few weeks ago. Should I be worried that it is back or should I just take her to the Vet and see?

I recommend to have her examined. A recurrent bacterial infection (if this is again the cause) generally signifies an underlying condition or exposure. Make sure Heidi is checked for worms and giardia to rule those out. I hope she feels better quickly.
