My female dog's anus is bleeding after a tie. Should I call vet?

Male dog tied with our female( without consent), but tied in her anus, male dog let go by dumping a soda on him...they untied in a hurrry, and my female was bleedinng from her anus. Do i need to get her to a vet, is anal prolapse in her nnear future? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 6 months old | 54 lbs

Yikes! Sorry to hear that happened. Ideally yes I would take her to a vet for an exam to make sure everything is ok. While a prolapse is possible, I don't think its likely following this event. However, if there's major trauma, antibiotics would be necessary.
