My dog hit his head, has a pink cut above his eye. Is it serious?

My dog just banged his head on the outside wall and had a small cut above the eye. It doesn’t look like it’s bleeding but it is pink and I’m just not sure what to do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 3 days old

This looks like a minor graze in the pictures and should heal uneventfully. Monitor for heat, pain, swelling or discharge which may indicate infection but this would not be expected. Bathe with cooled boiled water or saline to keep clean and fresh if he will allow you
