Is Feligen the best vaccine for my cat, or are there safer options?

I went to vaccinate my cat yesterday. The vet said feligen vaccine is currently not available in our city and one of his staff will administer the vaccine as soon as they get it. Today I googled about side effects of feligen vaccine and found some people complaining their kittens died as a reaction to it. I want to know if feligen is the best option for my cat or should I ask my vet for some other vaccine. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

These side effects are extremely rare and personally in more than 10 years of practice I have never had problems. If your cat is fit and healthy, he should not have any problem to be vaccinated and will benefit from it.
