Tumors are very common in pet rodents. There is nothing you can do about it to treat it at home. You will need to take her to a vet. You can try calling this vet clinic: ( https://vcahospitals.com/portsmouth/services/exotic-animal-care )

Hello, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center. I am so sorry about your mouse, Gizmo. You do not mention how old she is, but as you probably know, mice only live about 2 years. They are very prone to some tumor viruses, so with their very short life span will be very predisposed to developing cancer. I wish I could offer some hope, but even with veterinary care, if the tumor is malignant, nothing much can be done. Keep her as comfortable as possible, spoil her as much as you can, & hopefully you can keep her comfortable for the rest of the time she has left. All the best.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to help her with this condition, as you mentioned tumor removal might be the only option although i am not sure it would be indicated in her current condition, just keep her comfortable and when she seems to be deteriorating , take her to the vet for euthanasia.
