Why does my Yorkie get small bumps under her fur along her spine?

Hi my dog gets these smqll bumps under her fur all along her spine, they go away after some time and return again shes a yorkie what could it be. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 4 lbs

Small bumps that come and go could indicate an allergic reaction. The reaction could be related to bug bites, food allergies but it could also be related to a skin cancer called a Mast Cell Tumor. I recommend to have Gypsy examined to be safe. I hope this helps.
