What human eye drops for my dog's red, squinting eye with gunk?

One of my dogs eyes is red and producing gunk (clear) and she’s squinting it. It obviously is causing her discomfort. She’s not scratching at it though. What type of human eye drops can I use to flush it out before taking her to our vet tomorrow. I know it says simple saline online but I’m in the eye drop section now and nothing says it’s just saline. Please help.
