Puppy fell, seems fine but sleepy. Does she need to see a vet?

I have a 9 week old puppy and she fell off the kitchen counter. She seems to be acting fine but is now sleepy Does she need to go to the vet immediately or is this just what puppies do? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 6 days old | 8 lbs

If she seems to be sleepy but you are able to wake her up, and if she seems to be breathing normally and walking without pain, then I think it is fine to monitor her at home. If you see any external signs of trauma like bleeding or swelling, or if she is so sleepy you can't get her up then I'd recommend seeing your vet.
