My cat is very sick, not eating, skinny, and weak. When should I see a vet?

It's been days or weeks. She wont eat and she's got a cold. We tried to let her drink some antibacterial cat medicine. But she is still ill and soo skinny now. She cant even stand up, she always sleeps and Im so sad to see her that way. I need some help please I dont know what to do besides the anti bacterial and giving her some milk. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | 10 months and 26 days old

Annie needs to be examined by the veterinarian today. It sounds like she is very sick and there is nothing you can do for her at home at this point. Just like humans, pets can get sick for many many reasons. Some of these can be treated IF THEY ARE CAUGHT IN TIME. Other reasons will be fatal. Have her examined today to find out your options and so that Annie does not suffer if she is found to have something not treatable. Euthanasia is a hard decision but it relieves suffering.
