Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 lbs
Our cat had got into and dranked some dirty aquarium water yesterday morning that could've had bacteria. My daughter was concerned and gave Maple (our cat) two teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide which made her vomit. However, after her vomiting 11+ times until late afternoon, we took her to the vet which gave her an injection to coat her stomach, fluid and a shot to stop vomiting. She has perked up a lot now but is licking her chops a lot. Any recommendations of what we should do/will she be ok?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Maple. She could be licking her lips if she is still a bit nauseous. She could also have wounds in her mouth from the hydrogen peroxide. If she is better today, then I suspect she will do just fine. If she is still licking her lips, then I recommend checking her mouth for wounds and contacting her veterinarian. I hope this information helps!
