My dog is 66 days pregnant, no puppies. When should I call the vet?

My Rottiweiler is carrying, it's 66th day but she didn't deliver the puppies yet. I can make out the moments of puppies in her womb. Her nipples are enlarged but no milk is leaking.. im in dilemma, could you plz help me, whether i should wait for 2 more days or what necessary actions should be taken.. she is active,her food intake is reducing since last night.. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 92.59 lbs
