Why is my dog constipated with a hard belly, arched back, and clingy?

My 6 1/2 year old female Morkie seems to be constipated. Her belly is hard, her back is arched, and her tail is tucked. Her back arched and tail tucked has always been our indication to take her out. She went somewhat normal yester. 2 weeks ago I took her to her Dr due to her not going. He expressed her anal glands and the next day she was going as normal. I gave her about a tablespoon of pumpkin purée about 20 minutes ago. I’m a little worried because she’s clingy more than normal. Thank you.
