Muffin is five yr old . suddenly vomited last night, followed by wieving back and forth and leaning on me for balance. Her eyes are very glazed over and pupils are huge. She is jerky anything or anyone near her. I gave her some milk and she drank it and laid down by me but doesn't want me to leave her side. Her nose is cold and wet so no fever. She is a little stiff but not extremely. She is just "out of it"

Muffin needs to see the veterinarian quickly. Losing the balance is never normal and can indicate many things including toxin ingestion, drug exposure, an infection in the brain, brain cancer, low blood sugar and other sinister reasons. A physical exam and bloodwork is needed to begin figuring out the cause and the best treatment. Other diagnostics may also be indicated. I hope it's nothing too serious and that she gets back to normal quickly.
