My cat’s anus seems to be bothering him and he is straining to urinate. He also has two brown protrusions on either side of the anus.

Hi, I would advise you to have Han checked over so that it can be assessed wether his anal glands are impacted or if there is an infection, and if there are any issues with the bladder. If Han is straining to urinate, he will need emergency treatment for that. Hope this helps !
