Why is my 2-month-old hamster pup small but active? Is she sick?

My hamster gave birth to 3 pups and now those 3 pups are 2 months old but one of them is very small and her weight is only 40 grams but she is very active eats the regular amount of food and also drinks water gradually.. is she ill? Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 3 days old | 0.26 lbs
