Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 8 months old | 8 lbs
My JRT has chronic pancreatitis which we try to manage as best we can following all of the rules as much as possible. We recently put him on Lpex tabs which has helped him greatly and he relishes his food again which is good to see. I am considering giving him probiotics to further aid and prevent any further flare ups..which ones can you suggest?

Regarding probiotics, Purina's Forti Flora is very good. Pets with pancreatitis also benefit from a special low fat diet. The brand Royal Canin makes a food for pets with pancreatitis called Low Fat and it's only 7% fat (for comparison, a normal fat content for normal food is about 25% though this varies brand to brand). I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
