Vitamin K1 is usually dosed at 2.5 mg/kg twice daily as an antidote for anticoagulant rodenticide and giving with a fatty meal is recommended. I would definitely check in with the vet who instructed you to give the medication before starting however - that dose works out to 34 mg for a 30 lb dog, and that would be a lot of 100 mcg tablets to give. There is a veterinary version of Vitamin K1 that comes in 25 and 50 mg tablets that would work better. You could consider calling the Pet Poison Helpline to see what they would recommend as well - they might have more information about medications: petpoisonhelpline.com
