My dog won't eat for 5 days after vet visit. What's the next step?

Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 17.6 lbs

My dog hasn't eaten for almost 5 days. She get scared of food. I have taken her to the vet they have given her vitamin b complex through injection and meloxicam for indigestion.. But she still haven't eaten yet.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Sasa. That is a long time to go without eating. I recommend that she has further testing with her veterinarian or that you seek a second opinion with another one. Blood work, urine testing and abdominal x-rays would be the likely next steps.
