My dog's spay scar is red and hard. Is it an infection or cyst?

Hello. my dog ​​underwent a mastectomy and sterelization procedure this month. the scar has healed but a few days ago I noticed a red patch that looks like this today. red and hard to the touch. the dog had cysts for this reason she was operated on. so do you think it could be? a cyst? an infection?

Ciao ! E’ difficile dire esattamente cosa stia succedendo. A mio parere questa potrebbe essere una infezione, bisognerebbe fare un ago aspirato e vedere se c è’ pus o infiammazione. Inoltre spedendo un tampone al laboratorio bisognerebbe capire quale sia L antibiotico più indicato . Le scrivo in Italiano così e’ più facile capirsi ! Spero che tutto vada per il meglio !
