My cat won't eat, can't pee, and sleeps all the time. Is it serious?

It's been three days since my cat refuses to eat, can't pee and always sleeps. Is he constipated or something else? What should I do?

I highly recommend taking Marshmallow to the veterinarian today. It can be very dangerous for cats not to eat and my concern is he has a urinary blockage which need immediate care. If you regular veterinarian isn't open please take him to an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible. A blocked cat that cannot urinate is life-threatening. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
