My dog has hard, infected bumps with pus on his nose. What to do?

Hi, last night I noticed some hard bumps on my dogs nose ( he’s a 1 year old border collie and German Shepard mix). Now it’s looks like it’s infected with some pus, it’s worrying for me and my family and we’d appreciate someone’s advice :). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 12 lbs

I can't determine the cause by the picture but I do recommend a veterinarian to evaluate it. My concern is it looks infected from the picture and he will most likely need antibiotics and an ecollar. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
