My cat keeps vomiting, has gastritis & enlarged liver. What's next?

a week ago my cat stopped eating & started to throw up then he was drinking lots of water & throwing up an he did that constantly then he got hypothermia & started to shake and get dizzy & couldn't move so we took him to the vet he give him IV fluids to raise his temperature then he took x-ray of him & said that he have a severe gastritis and his Liver size is bigger a bit so he give him IV fluids & antibiotic for 3 days after that he did stop throw up but after 1 day he throw up again plz help

I am sorry for the delay in answering your question... I hope that Iomy is feeling better! Based on his xray, it does appear that his liver may be a bit enlarged. If he is still showing symptoms of illness, ask your family veterinarian about an abdominal ultrasound. This may help clarify what the problem is and what your options are. Also, if blood tests haven't been done that would also be helpful.
