Hi I just applied revolution to my dog for the first time and of course he didn’t stay still so I believe I got more on his for then on his actual skin since he has a big wet mark on his Furrer is this still going to be effective?

I can understand your concern here. It is likely going to still be effective b/c it will soak down to his actual skin. Plus there is a range for this product so even if most gets on the haircoat, it is usually going to still be effective. Worst case scenario is that it will lose some of its effectiveness around week 2-3 at which point you can safely apply an additional dosage. Revolution can be given every 2 weeks if needed in pets for cases just like this. : ) Thanks for visiting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach and best wishes moving forward with Kingy. Take care.
