My dog finished UTI antibiotics. How long until symptoms are gone?

My 11 old Bassett hound had a UTI she was on antibiotics for 10 days shes been off for about 4 days. Hw long should a UTI last after antibiotics? Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Female | spayed | 11 years and 10 months old | 63 lbs

Hi, ten days of antibiotics should have cleared the infection by now. Do you still notice signs ? Could she be urinary incontinent ? There is a chance that if the antibiotics were not based on colture and sensitivity they are not the right ones.
