My dog ate topical flea and tick medicine. Is she safe after 24 hours?

My dig ingested some topical flea and tick medicine. I don't think she managed to get much out. It's been almost 24 hours and I've seen no symptoms of poisoning. Is she safe? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | spayed | 65 lbs
