Hello, my pet dog who is 10 months old is unable to balance properly and shakes frequently. This also happened just today as my dog now won’t drink water or eat anything even though his mouth is also very dry. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 11 days old

Oh my. These symptoms are highly suggestive of canine distemper virus infection or even an underlying liver shunt. Please have Maxi seen by your local vet for testing as soon as possible to help him stablize his condition. This cannot be treated for at home. I do hope that Maxi is going to be ok moving forward.
