My dog had a few bumps and at first it was just on her ear so I thought it was a knot so I took it out(That’s what in the photo) it’s a loose piece of skin with her hair. Now the bumps are on her neck and I wanted to know what it is and what’s causing it. Ps I couldn’t get her to hold still and her hair is to long to take the picture of it on her

Ruth may have a bacterial dermatitis. Your vet will be able to examine the bumps on her neck and determine if that is what she has and prescribe oral antibiotics for the skin such as Simplicef and a medicated shampoo such as Miconahex shampoo that is antibacterial , antifungal and anti-seborreal to treat the infection and help remove the crusts . Good luck!
