Dachshund ate ham bone, backward sneezing & gulping. Is she choking?

My mini dachshund was chewing a store bought honey flavored ham bone from PetSmart. She quit chewing it and went to bed. Woke up a few hours later and keeps backwards sneezing and gulping hard. She vomited a little white foam. Now she went to sleep again but looks worried and wakes up at times. Does she have bone stuck in her throat? Can she breathe ok? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

No, I don't think there is a bone stuck in her throat. I cannot see her so I can't comment if she can breathe OK or not. If you are worried you need to get her to your vet for an exam. The bone may be making her nauseated and she is trying to throw up - not cough.
