My dog's eye is gashed, swollen, and has puss. Is it infected?

My dog has a slight gash in its eye from another dog. Her eye has swollen closed and there is a lot of puss. What should be done as I don't want the eye to be affected due to an infection.

This looks very painful and infected. It’s hard to tell if the eyeball itself is damaged. She needs immediate treatment so the infection can be treated and the eye itself examined.
