What's making my dog's inner thigh redder and darker than the other?

One of dogs inner thigh is redder/darker than the other. I already asked this but didn’t include pics so I have some. Two are what it looks like now with a older pic i found from over a year ago. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 55 lbs
