Why is my Galah cockatoo itching, not eating, and has eye problems?

I have a cookatoo pink brested Galah , he start to have itching his legs for the hole night , so i took him to the vet the next morning.. the vet gave him a cream u but twice in his leg and vitamins drop in the water , the same day in the afternoon he start to have something like a cut or something red around one of his eyes , the other eyes have a little bit like tiny , the second day he stoped eating and drinking, sleeping and lazy most of the day, bough a cerelak for birds but he only eat 1ml

Thanks for reaching out about CoCo and including photos. Not all Psittacine Feather Disorders are due to itching or allergies, and could be viral (Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease, Avipolyomavirus), metabolic disorders (liver, kidney), ingested toxins (zinc, lead, plants), and other problems. Dietary correction is needed to include proteins (beans, legumes), vegetables, and should have no/minimal seeds. Vitamin in the water are not a long term solution as you have no control of how much they get. A avian-experienced avian veterinarian might be able to give further expertise. Good luck.
