Why is my male Labrador pee every 10 minutes? I tame him outside because he pees everywhere for the last week?

Increased urinaiton is a sign of a urinary tract infection. Have him seen by your vet soon to have his urine tested and then he can get on medication to help resolve this. He is an older dog as well so that vet will ensure there aren't any other complications here as well such as urinary stones. I hope that Domino's urinary issues resolve soon! Best wishes and take care. : )
