It could be an infection (bacterial or fungal/yeast) in the skin fold. Ideally, Dorian should be physically examined by your veterinarian for confirmation and treatment. This can be common on the breed. He may need topical or systemic medication depending on the severity. You should check other skin folds, including facial folds, for evidence of infection. Use a pet wipe daily to clean each fold. Dry thoroughly afterwards.
