My dog jumped, now limping, trembling, and hiding. What's wrong?

I have a dog that jumped off 2 feet from our table outside, and it seems like her front legs had carried all of her weight on them. And she’s been limping and she’s been lifting up her left front paw and she’s been trembling a lot and hiding in a corner. And I just don’t know what to do.

Restrict activity for the next 24 hours. Monitor for lethargy, swelling, bruising or increasing lameness. If the lameness persists beyond 24 hours, have her physically examined by your veterinarian. X-rays may be indicated after the exam.
