I just found out that my cat spirit hes 7 months old ate a piece of Christmas tinsel its hanging from his butt I just need to know will it come out on its own the rest of the way. Pet's info: Cat | Balinese | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 22 days old | 5 lbs

Hello. It should pass on its own, but if it is annoying Spirit, then you may need your veterinarian to help remove it. I do not recommend you just pulling as it is possible to lacerate the colon if you do. Hopefully, he did not eat any more as tinsel can cause intestinal blockages.
