My puppy is panting. Could Vicks VapoSteam humidifier be the cause?

My puppy is panting very fast and hard and I was concerned so I looked up some things that may be the cause and it said poisoning and it dawned on me that we have a Vick’s vaporsteam humidifier in our room where he sleeps and from what I’ve read that isn’t good for dogs. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 23 days old | 14 lbs

Yes, the Vicks medication isn’t good for him and potentially could be causing a problem. Turn it off, get him out into some fresh air.
