My cat's wound from a fight is getting bigger and losing hair. Help!

Hello, my cat was scratched by my other cat right under the cheek, the wound was healing, but he started to scratch it, so it became bigger. No bleeding, but he is loosing hair where he keeps scratching. What can I do? Pet's info: Cat | Scottish Straight | Male | neutered
