My dog ate chocolate, high heart rate after vet. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 18 lbs

My dog just had a visit and got fluids after eating 10oz of dark chocolate we brought her home but her heart rate is ~240 what can I do for her vomiting was induced by vet and vet gave fluids I do not know when she ate it

Hi, I think she needs to be admitted to the hospital for treatment with antiarrythmic medicatiions and anything else depending on how she is when she gets there. She will likely need to have activated charcoal. I hope you can have her rechecked soon as I have had bad experiences with chocolate toxicities t=in dogs with such a high heart rate. Sending positive thoughts !
