Why is my 6-month-old puppy ignoring me and barking at nothing?

I had to travel for fifteen days and left my dog with my dad. When I got back she isn't answering when we call her name, and is constantly looking up and barking at the void. I am scared that she's getting blind or deaf (tho she's only six months). Should I go to a doctor or is it her getting used to me again? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 26 days old | 19 lbs

She is so young I wouldn't expect her to go blind, although it can happen. But because of this symptom I would bring her to a veterinarian to make sure they evaluate her eyes. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
