Why does my 1-month-old Shih Tzu puppy have a red eye lump?

My shih tzu puppy is 1 month old and suddenly something like this appeared last Monday. May I ask what is this? I do not know what cause this. Thank you so much. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | 1 month and 17 days old
