Why does my large Labrador get sick after playing ball indoors?

Only when we play ball in the house she always gets sick she can play frisbee outside so she's used to running,in the winter we have to play inside. She's a white Labrador technically yellow will be 6 in February. She's bigger than her whole family and is fit and as strong as a horse 90lbs.
